I was in awe as I captured all of Ariel and Tom’s engagement photos at this perfect, glowy moment while we walked through the town.

It was the perfect setting for this New Jersey engagement session where the location was extra special for the couple. Ariel and Tom have spent a lot of time here at the beginning of the relationship, especially during the pandemic.
The soft, flattering light of the golden hour adds a romantic touch to every shot in such a picturesque landscape. We strolled along the lake’s edge as I captured all of the small and intimate moments shared between the couple. The water ripped gently aside them with soft splashing sounds. The historic charm of Lake Mohawk’s boardwalk and unique architecture make these engagement photos timeless and elegant. Every frame was just the perfect blend of romance and sophistication.
We stopped by a bench at the boardwalk and took in the beautiful lake waterview in front of it. Time seemed to have stopped and everything was perfect during this engagement session.

It was extremely fun to capture such a tender and dreamy engagement session at Lake Mohawk, New Jersey. The couple’s intimate and candid moments highlight a beautiful love story developed throughout this location. We stopped by Lake Mohawk’s ice cream spot and shared the perfect treat at the end of our engagement session. It was the best way to end a summer evening engagement session with so many candid moments shared between them.
