A Greek Fall Wedding at The Grove in Cedar Grove, NJ

The Grove at Cedar Grove, NJ

It was a beautiful fall wedding day at The Grove NJ, and at the heart of Cedar Grove. The crisp air carries a quiet kind of romance as I enter the NJ wedding venue. The vibrant foliage turns the venue’s already stunning grounds into a painter’s palette of rich reds, burnt oranges, and golden yellows. From the grand entrance lined with manicured gardens to the sweeping staircases and crystal chandeliers inside, every corner provide a luxurious atmosphere. I am so excited to capture Anastasia and Edward’s fall wedding day at The Grove!

The Grove’s Bridal Suite

I step into the bridal suite, greeted by soft natural light pouring through the windows and Taylor Swift songs playing in the background. Waves of laughter fill the room as the NJ bride, Anastasia, and her closest friends continue to get their makeup done. I photographed all the intricate details of the bride’s gown, jewelry, and perfume. I smiled as the girls started dancing in a circle, and the anticipation for the big fall wedding day grew.

NJ First Look Moment

After spending some time with the NJ bridesmaids, Anastasia starts getting her white wedding gown on. Her mother helped zip the satin wedding dress in front of The Grove’s full-length mirror. It was beautiful to see the intimate moments between the NJ bride and her family. The bride also decided to do a first look with her two brothers. Although this isn’t as common, I always recommend a first look with special people in your life. As the brothers teared up looking at the NJ bride’s wedding outfit, I felt the intimate bond shared in this family.

Then, we did a first look with Anastasia’s wedding bridesmaids. I smiled as the girls screamed and celebrated loudly after seeing the bride’s wedding dress. We make our way to the church for the wedding ceremony shortly after.

NJ Wedding Ceremony

I felt Anastasia’s excitement as she stepped out of the car with her dad. Edward’s biggest smile means everything as his bride walked down the aisle. They stood together at the aisle side-by-side. I love photographing all their intimate moments as they stole glances at each other in front of their friends and families. This Greek wedding ceremony was a memorable one.

Wedding Portraits at The Grove, NJ Wedding Venue

We make our way back to The Grove, NJ. This wedding venue had a mix of indoor and outdoor wedding portrait options. The trees stunningly covered the outdoor space with rich autumn colors. Golden leaves crunch underfoot as I capture the couple’s details against the rustic elegance of the estate. There was also a classic spiral staircase at the center entrance of the wedding venue. Inside, the ballroom felt both modern and timeless, with soaring ceilings, rich textures, and incredible lighting that makes every photo look like a magazine spread. It was so fun capturing Anastasia and Edward as newlyweds. Each frame tells a part of their story, rich with warmth and the beauty of the season.

Wedding Reception at The Grove

After a long sequence of this fall wedding day, it was now time to celebrate. The bride and groom entered the ballroom for their first dance. I smile as they had fun on the dance floor in front of their friends and families. A beautiful tradition for this Greek couple was the additional band that they brought in for their dances. Money was thrown in the air as Anastasia’s family joined her on the dance floor. It was a wonderful tradition to photograph, and congratulations to the wedding couple!
