I am so excited about a summer day for a North Hempstead Country Club wedding. The sun glistened brightly as I walked through the heart of Port Washington’s peaceful neighborhood in Long Island, New York. The greenery with a slight hint of breeze welcomes me as I continue walking toward the Long Island house. It was the perfect weekend to be away from NYC and be in a more quiet and reserved area in Long Island as a New York wedding photographer.
Getting Ready for a Port Washington Wedding
I could feel a slight breeze in the air on this hot day as I walked toward the groom’s getting-ready location. Soft voices welcome me as I step into the groom’s house with anticipation for such a big day. I start the summer wedding day by capturing the groom putting on his wedding attire. His unique white jacket and Rolex watch matched his classy groom style. I felt a hint of nervousness as he started getting dressed for this North Hempstead Country Club wedding. I smile as I capture his raw emotions and let him embrace the emotions to their fullest.
New York Wedding Ceremony
We started making our way to the church for the wedding ceremony. Wedding florals decorated the grand church as their wedding guests started to trickle in. After a few more moments, it was time for Rachael to walk down the aisle with her dad. Although this couple didn’t have a first-look moment, it was still captivating to see Eric’s true emotions during the ceremony. The ceremony continued with the vows, the ring exchanges, and finally, the couple’s first kiss and joyful walk down the aisle as newlyweds.

North Hempstead Country Club Wedding Party Photos
It was then time to head to the North Hempstead Country Club wedding venue for the rest of the celebration! As I step onto the beautifully manicured grounds, I’m immediately welcomed by the venue’s timeless charm and serene atmosphere. The warm summer sun bathes everything in soft, golden light throughout the wedding venue. The wide windows make the country club wedding venue luxurious and elegant, creating the perfect setting for the rest of the wedding day.
We start wedding party photos at this New York wedding venue. Rachael chose a light blue wedding theme color for the bridesmaids for this North Hempstead wedding. Their matching one-sided shoulder strap dress shows off their elegance. The groomsmen on the other hand were all wearing black style suits, making Eric stand out handsomely with his white wedding suit. It was heartwarming to see Rachael and Eric’s closest friends together to celebrate with the newlywed couple. The cream wedding suite framed with lush green trees served as an elegant backdrop for this North Hempstead wedding.

After the wedding party photos, it was time for a moment for this New York bride and groom. We got a golf cart and went around the golf course for stunning outdoor wedding portraits. The positions of the green trees and sun frame the newly wedded couple perfectly for their romantic wedding photos. The different scenic landscapes create every moment in its most radiant form.
Wedding Reception at a New York Wedding Country Club
It was now time for the wedding reception. Loud cheers enveloped the room as the bride and groom walk into North Hempstead’s wedding reception. It was a heartwarming moment as they danced together for the first time as husband and wife.

And of course, we can’t end the night without sunset photos for such a beautiful day. We grabbed the bride and groom for the last few moments of golden hour. The light purple and pink skies appeared behind them at this New York wedding venue. The sun was perfectly positioned behind them before it disappeared behind the trees. It was a great way to end a North Hempstead Country Club wedding.
